PFEM/PFCOMM Resilient Mesh

Proposal concept visualization only. This is not evidence that a working PFEM/PFCOMM system has been built. It is a visual sketch for proposal conversations.

Corrected WebGL demo: there is no single command god-node. Every node is both a possible PFEM participant and a possible PFCOMM participant. Nodes self-declare or negotiate roles, then move toward the mission zone while the coordination mesh keeps talking.
